Day 28: I reach Skagen, the most northerly point of Denmark

The northern tip of Denmark, Skagen, is where the Baltic and the North Sea meet. Skagen turns out to be a busy port and an artistic centre. I spent an interesting  day and a half  there and was delighted to meet up with Jurgen again.

At the end of the spit you can dip your toes in the Baltic and the North Sea at the same time

12 kms from Skagen route 5 becomes route 1

  1. Hi, Ray,
I'm sure you're getting tens of thousands of wonderful photos that will be inspirations for your studio work, when you come home.
